Sometimes life is a fucking wreck. It is ok. If you ever feel like you're alone in the wreck you're not. Everyone has them. You are just less likely to hear about them because it's not as glamorous to post, live stream, like, or share. So here is a friendly reminder that everything you see online is filtered, edited, cropped, and tailored specifically to look better than it is. This is fine because I love seeing people refine everything they do and make it as cool as possible. It is not fine though when you forget that it is and beat yourself up that you're not as happy, wealthy, or healthy as what you see on social media.
